Squash is one of the few growing racquet sports in America and one of the best cardiovascular workouts in a sustained 45-minute period. At Valkyrie Squash Club we offer 3 international singles courts (two made of solid teak and one fiber composite), and an American doubles court. All are glass-backed and brand new. For strength training, the club also features state-of-the-art low-impact Free Motion fitness machines and every member is encouraged to take our complimentary training sessions. The members lounge with Bar Gratis has two plasma screen TVs. Valkyrie members also enjoy reciprocity with many other clubs. Also on the premises is a fully-stocked pro shop that carries top-of-the-line equipment by Wilson, Head, and Dunlop Spacious changing rooms for men and women feature mahogany lockers and marble, granite, and mosaic surfaces.
